Not to be confused with the non-magical Beam.
The Plank is a magical object conjured by the Wizard.
The Plank is a magical board constructed of golden colored metal bars. The Plank has rotating cogs on each end and the cogs have twelve roman numerals (numbers1-12) like a clock embossed on them. The Plank is not very robust and can be easily smashed in many different ways. The Plank can be handled like the ordinary non-magical Use Items, for example it can be moved, thrown or used as a bridge.
The Wizard is able to use his Conjuration Ability to summon Planks into existence when they are needed. He is able to conjure a Plank in a number of different lengths depending on how the Plank is to be used. He does this by drawing a line of differing lengths in the air to summon the length of Plank required. If the Wizard conjures more Planks than he has in his inventory then the first Plank conjured will be destroyed and vanish. For example if he only has the Ability to conjure two Planks and he then conjures a third Plank the first Plank that he conjured will break and vanish, meaning that only two Planks can exist at any one time. The maximum number of Planks that the Wizard is able to conjure into existence at the same time is seven, provided he has the right upgrades.
He can use his Levitation Ability to lift, lower or move the Plank or to place the Planks on things to stabilise them. He is also able to smash unwanted Planks or any Planks that are in his way. He can also perform the advanced Wizard Surfing technique on the Plank.
The Wizard can conjure the Plank into Water and smash the Plank in Water or when he is underwater. He cannot however use his Levitation Ability to move the Plank when he is underwater.
Sarek can conjure evil planks into existence which are similar to the Wizard’s Plank.
- Uses: The Plank can be used in many ingenious ways, especially in combination with the Box and the Floating Platform.
Note: the maximum number of Planks that the Wizard is able to conjure is seven Planks.
