The Fist is a non-magical item that can be found in the game.

The Fist is an ornamental carved stone object that can be used in many ingenious ways. These rare objects can be found in hidden places, or just lying about, but are usually needed as part of a puzzle that has to be solved. They are sometimes found hanging from chains or ropes. Sometimes the ropes will have to be severed to release the Fist which can then be used.

They can sometimes be used to climb up things and can be used as a counterbalance in puzzles. They can be used as a shield to shelter behind or can be thrown at or dropped on Enemies. They come in various different types and sizes.

They are sometimes used to smash through Stone Doors that the Knight is unable to break.

• Knight: he can push it and move it slowly or he can hit it with his Sword or his Storm Hammer to move it a short distance. He can also use his Sword to sever the rope holding the Fist.

• Thief: she can push it and move it a little or she can fire arrows at it to move it slightly. She can also use her arrows to sever the rope holding the Fist.

• Wizard: he can control and levitate it, he can also lift or move it a long distance quickly.
